Hygiene Manager

Humdinger Sherburn is hiring a Hygiene Manager to play a key role in strengthening standards, developing our people, and supporting the delivery of ambitious site goals.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be the site authority for hygiene, with end-to-end responsibility for environmental and equipment cleaning standards. You will lead site-wide hygiene strategy and execution, ensuring audit-ready compliance at all times. Operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, this role is ideal for a resilient leader who enjoys driving improvements and supporting a team’s development. You will lead and coach a hygiene team with varying levels of experience, setting clear standards and applying a fair, supportive leadership approach to deliver consistently high hygiene performance
Position type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (flexibility required to support site needs)
