Hygiene Operative - Nights

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 39

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

Pay range: £13.26/hour 

Breaks: 2 x 30 minutes paid

Closing date: Tuesday 5th May 2026

• Clean and maintain staff areas, facilities, equipment, and surfaces (e.g. office areas, bathrooms, bins, canteens & lockers)
• Follow all hygiene, Health & Safety, and chemical handling procedures.
• Keep cleaning records up to date and report issues or incidents.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, use safety signage, and support stock control.

Experience

• Hygiene/cleaning experience, ideally in food manufacturing
• Comfortable working at height
• Hygiene procedures

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of GMP and hygiene chemicals
• Good attention to detail and communication
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Well organised with strong time‑management skills
