Humdinger are seeking an experienced and passionate Hygiene Manager to inspire hygiene operations at our Bromborough Nut Snacking site. As Hygiene Manager at Humdinger, you will lead site hygiene to protect food safety and enable the safe processing and packing of nut snacking products. You’ll ensure all factory areas and equipment are cleaned to agreed standards, meeting customer, legal and regulatory requirements. Through strong team leadership, effective control of chemicals and contractors, pest management and audit readiness, you will minimise contamination risk, support smooth production and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Position type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (flexibility required to support site needs)

Humdinger Bromborough (Wirral) is a major UK nut processing and packing site, employing around 200 people within a 67,000 sq. ft purpose‑built facility. The site has a long heritage in nut and peanut processing and became part of Humdinger in 2023. Today, Bromborough processes and packs over 23,000 tonnes per year, supplying high‑quality nut snacks, peanut products and ingredients across retail, food service and ingredient channels. With a strong focus on allergen control, dry roasting expertise and operational excellence, the site plays a critical role in delivering safe, compliant and high‑quality snacking products to customers.

First Stage Interview – On Site

The final stage includes a factory tour and an in‑depth Q&A session, allowing you to demonstrate your working knowledge of a food manufacturing environment and giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and site.
